In most cases, our simulators are not optimized for both right-handed and left-handed golfers simultaneously. However, we are committed to providing the best experience for our clients. We will make every effort to accommodate your request whenever possible. Please don’t hesitate to reach out, and we’ll do our best to ensure your golfing experience meets your needs.

There is a 24 hour cancellation notification requirement, the user is subject to be charged within 24 hours.
Contact facility staff immediately, and they will assist in resolving the issue or rescheduling your session.
Users must be 12 years or older, users under 12 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at all times.
Yes, we may offer group booking options for events, parties, or tournaments depending on hours and availability.

Tournaments are 2 hour events typically on Saturday or Sundays. You will be paired with one other golfer, and compete in a flight with other golfers of the same ability. We will have leaderboards and small “Ryp Cash” prizes.

Tournaments are a great way to sharpen your game and practice a “performance” mindset throughout the winter. Non-members of the academy can participate in tournaments by paying a $30 entry fee.

Safety Measures

Prior to play, golfers should perform a brief warm-up to reduce the risk of muscle strains and injuries during swings.
Wear appropriate golf shoes with non-slip soles to ensure stability while swinging in the simulator.
Ensure there is enough space between you and other players to prevent collisions during swings.
Handle clubs and other simulator accessories with care to avoid damaging them or causing accidents.
Adhere to the facility’s rules and guidelines for proper simulator use, including swing and club protocols.
Stay alert to your surroundings and other players, especially during multiplayer games, to avoid accidental contact or distractions.
Install a protective net or screen in front of the simulator to catch errant shots and prevent damage to the equipment or injuries to bystanders.
Ensure you remain hydrated during play, as extended simulator sessions can be physically demanding.
Familiarize yourself with emergency exits and procedures within the facility in case of fire or other unexpected incidents.
Notify facility staff of any technical issues or safety concerns promptly to address and rectify them.
By following these safety measures, golfers can enjoy their time at the simulator facility while minimizing the risk of accidents or injuries.
